During this phase, your dedicated Project Managers will coordinate your construction schedule and keep you informed, so you never feel out of the loop. These experts will work to ensure this process goes seamlessly with as few disruptions to you and your family’s daily routines as possible.

This is where your Interior Designer passes the torch (or the plans). Your devoted Project Manager will mobilize our production team, protect the unaffected areas of your home and communicate with you about how to make life during construction more convenient.
We get it — your family’s daily activities don’t stop because of your home remodel project. The COCOON team will keep the construction chaos contained to one area of your home so that you can continue packing your kids’ lunches, getting ready for work and navigating the rest of your space like any ordinary day.
Everyone loves #DemoDay, right? This is where you finally get to throw a hammer at that wall you loathed for years! But demolition is not as easy as it looks on HGTV — and it’s just one small part of our construction process.
From HVAC to plumbing and electric, your Project Manager will schedule it all for you, ensuring the construction process goes off without a hitch. Our goal is to provide a smooth demolition day that gets you excited about all the changes that are about to come.
You can view the schedule and follow the progress of your project on our mobile app. Our team will update the app daily with pictures and descriptions of the tasks we completed. That way, you will always be kept in the loop! At COCOON, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to track your remodel process and stay connected with your Project Manager every step along the way.
When your project is complete, and you are satisfied with every detail, we know that we’ve done our job. After one final cleaning, we will pack up and let you enjoy your new home. As you begin life in your freshly remodeled space, you can feel good knowing that not only did our team members pour their hearts and souls into transforming your home — they want to ensure their work stands the test of time.
