At COCOON, we believe remodeling is about more than laying foundations or knocking down walls—it’s about transformation. Every day, our team of designers, craftsmen, and administrators work to reimagine the remodeling experience and make it simple, seamless, and inspiring for homeowners. As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll bring skill, leadership, and heart to every home we touch.
We’re looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our growing team and bring projects to life on-site. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, ensuring that projects are delivered with superior craftsmanship and excellence. You’ll also play a key role in creating a positive team dynamic on the job site, guiding others to achieve their best work while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
If you’re a lead carpenter who leads with both skill and integrity—and you’re ready to help families feel uplifted in their homes—we’d love to meet you.
