Nathaniel joined the COCOON team with an enthusiasm for business and a passion for helping people. When Nate isn’t communicating and with customers, you can find him cooking outdoors with his wife.

How did you arrive at COCOON, what path brought you here?

A friend from church introduced me to the folks at COCOON. I love serving people and I have a passion for seeing living spaces revitalized so of course, I was enthusiastic about joining the team. I am excited to work for a company that is so energetic and passionate about business.

Who have you worked with in the past? And what have you done for them?

Threaded Screw Products – Outside Sales

During my time at this family-owned industrial supplier of hardware, I built relationships with new clients and worked with the business owners and engineers on creative solutions for manufacturing.

How long have you been doing what you do?

I have 6 years of experience in serving customers.

What are you known for professionally, what do you have a knack for?

I am assertive, persistent, and young – maybe even a little forgetful at times. I have a passion for building relationships and procuring new business.

What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients? What do your ideal clients say about you?

I spend a lot of time thinking outside of the box to develop win-win solutions to problems.

What are you most passionate about professionally? What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?

Ever since I was in High School working at Old Navy I found that I got a thrill from going above and beyond to meet a customer’s needs. I get excited when I surpass expectations.

What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy? What can’t you stop talking about?

I have a lot of hobbies: golf, cars, outdoor cooking, cider making, trout fishing.

Where can we find you when you’re not working? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?

You can probably find me in the garden or cooking with friends. I am also a tobacco enthusiast.

Where did you grow up and why aren’t you there now?

I grew up in Coatesville, PA and I am not there now because my heart belongs to the country. I love the peace and serenity of my new neighborhood.

In the end, how do you want to be remembered?

I want to be remembered by my children as someone who is selfless and loved them unconditionally, but also as a man of consequence or a man who was uncompromising in his values.

Any volunteer activities you’re crazy about?

I have been playing drums since I was 4 and I am in the band at Church.

What would be impossible for you to give up?

Relationships – with my wife, my family, and my friends.

What is your favorite vacation spot?

Sarasota, Florida – It’s such a slow place to be, everybody seems to meander along at their own pace. It helps me relax and chill.
