Customizing your space begins with brainstorming. The COCOON Architectural Designers collaborate with you to understand your needs and create a space that works for your day-to-day. From soaking tubs and wet rooms to storage spaces for toiletries and private water closets, we can create any design that aligns with what’s important to you.
Our team will create three different floor plans with three price points based on your budget. Design A will be the simplest design, while Design C will include layout options beyond what you’ve considered. Explore the possibilities and see what your investment can achieve with our three-design approach.
Next, we’ll review your floor plans with you to find what elements speak to you most. From there, we create your final design, which can feature a mixture of elements from the plans we provide.
In the second stage, you pick the fun stuff. You’ll work with your dedicated COCOON Interior Designer to select all the design elements for your new bathroom. Think tiles, hardware, fixtures, lighting, sinks, tubs and showers. Your Interior Designer will discuss your style with you to find what you’re most drawn to. You can also share any inspiration photos to show what catches your eye.
It’s normal for there to be some bathroom design decisions that you feel uncertain about, like shower systems, tile sizes, shower niches, mirror placement and more. Your Interior Designer will help you make the right decisions for your space and needs.
Your Interior Designer will create a curated selection of samples based on your style and ensure everything is cohesive in the final design. Once you’ve picked all your design elements, we’ll create a 3D model so you can see what your bathroom renovation will look like.
We bring your vision to life in the third and final stage. Our team works according to your schedule and keeps you informed so you’ll never need to wonder what’s next. While we’re working, your Project Manager is always on-site to answer any questions, provide guidance and schedule every detail throughout the transformation.
While you’ll have to use another bathroom for a few weeks, our team will work hard to minimize inconveniences in your day-to-day. Plus, enjoy access to our mobile app that keeps you updated on construction progress and changes to the schedule, so you’re always in the loop.
