About Our New Location

Our Villanova office feels like stepping into a fairy tale. It’s located inside a 19th-century Gothic-style gatehouse that at one point in time would greet visitors on their way to the Da Costa family’s Ashwood manor.

Gatehouses were a way to control access and give gatekeepers or property caretakers a place to live. While the stone gateway and the manor itself are no longer standing, the gatehouse remains in its original condition. And we have to say — it’s pretty special!
